Join the Bookvan at the Edible Campus Student Farm this Friday, September 4th from 2-4pm.

UCSB's Associated Students Department of Public Worms and Goleta Valley Library Bookvan are teaming up to host this free event for all ages.

Get a library card, check out books, make a pressed flower bookmark, or just read and explore in the garden.

The Student Farm is located next to the Orfalea Family Children's Center (West Campus Point Ln, Isla Vista).

About the Bookvan

The Goleta Valley Library's Bookvan for the Isla Vista community began service on Monday, October 4, 2021. The Bookvan operates Tuesday through Saturday with stops throughout the Isla Vista area. The Bookvan provides library services to the wider Isla Vista community with the delivery of books, audiovisual materials, craft kits for kids, Honor System books, free books, and more.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on October 4, 2021. Watch the ceremony video.
